## Dependency risks and notes
- All 9 internal dependencies are consumed as same-repo `<ProjectReference>` entries (more than the 5 named in the originating task brief).
- Direct use of `System.Web.HttpContext.Current.Cache` inside this class library couples a non-web assembly to the ASP.NET runtime, a leaky boundary risk shared with its consumers.*
- `clsLegalData.vb` exists in this project's source tree but has no `<Compile Include>` entry in any `.vbproj`; the compiled type it resolves to at runtime (likely from `SAIF.BOF.Business` or a similar external package) cannot be confirmed from source, creating an undocumented external dependency risk.**
- Cross-reference gaps: dependency semantics for `SAIF.Business.Claim.Legal` and `SAIF.Services.Printing` are not corroborated because `TSK005-analysis.md` and `TSK014-analysis.md` were unavailable at analysis time.**
- This library is not published as a NuGet package by this repository's pipelines; it is built only as a project reference of the `LegalMaintenance` web application.
